Nothing is Impossible With God

What are your struggles? How do you manage through them?

I do not know what you are facing in your life. However, one of my struggles, lately, has been dealing a lot with depression.

I will not be intimidated

In order to try and cope, I pull myself out of bed, every morning. I remind myself that my dogs still need me. I even go as far as attempting to make my bed every day. That way, every time I walk into my room, I see that the bed is made and it makes me feel a little better.

I have even had a few days (though not too many) that I have put on makeup and earrings. It is just a little attempt to make myself feel better.

I always take time to spend with the Lord crying and praying. Just being in His Presence brings me comfort.

I am currently trying to discern His will for this chapter in my life. I have no idea what He is wanting me to do. I have to admit that I am afraid of making the wrong decision.

By my daunting circumstances

What if I try something, that He never intended for me to do, and I fall flat on my face? However, what if I decide that waiting is the best option? So, I wait, but He intended for me to do something, then .... you see, I have let Him down.

For right now, I am going to wait and trust that He will give me clarity. In the meantime, as part of drawing closer to Him, I am writing out the book of Job. I really enjoy writing out scripture .

No matter what you might be struggling with:

1. Continue to get up out of bed every morning.
2. Make your bed.
3. Attempt to get dressed and put on some makeup.
4. Spend time every day with the Lord.
5. Try to discern His will for this chapter of your life.
6. If your chapter needs time to be refined, learn how to wait.

Luke 1:37 ESV

For nothing will be impossible with God.”

Prayer:

Father in heaven,  I am so thankful that nothing is impossible with You (Luke 1:37). My Jehovah Jireh and Immanuel. No matter what I am struggling with, I find comfort in knowing that You have the power to bring about anything. You have the power to heal broken relationships. You have the power to help me discern Your will for this chapter of my life. I will not be intimidated by my daunting circumstances because nothing is impossible with You. In Jesus' name, Amen.
