Count Your Many Blessings

Can you see how the Lord has been at work in your life? Have you praised Him for all that He has brought you through?

I would like to encourage you to take a few minutes to just close your eyes. Now, with your eyes closed, think about the many things that the Lord has brought you through.

Focus on those times in your life. Can you see how the Lord helped you through each of those times?

1 Chronicles 16:9 NIV

Sing to him, sing praise to him; tell of all his wonderful acts.

Yes, I can see times in my life that the Lord brought me through.

1. Leaving home and a hard family life behind me by providing me with T.

2. Each child being born

3. Mine and T's marital problems

4. T getting burkitt's lymphoma

5. My being diagnosed with secondary adrenal insufficiency

And so many other times. He is truly an amazing God! Each of those were hard times in my life, but as I look back, I can see how He provided for me. He brought me through each of those times and I trust that He is in control of the things that are currently happening. He will bring me through these things as well.

Take time, today, to give thanks and praise to the Lord for the many things He has brought you through.

Prayer:

Dear Father,

I am singing to You, singing praises to You; I will tell of all Your wonderful acts ( 1 Chronicles 16:9 ). In Jesus' name, Amen.

Express Your Gratitude

Can you see how the Lord has been at work in your life?
Have you praised Him for all that He has brought you through?
How can I pray for you today?
