Who do you trust when you are afraid? Do you know that you can trust in the Lord?
Headaches are becoming a part of my every day life. They get so bad at times that I just want to cry.
I have to be honest and let you know that I am afraid. What are these headaches trying to let me know?
They could be due to my pituitary tumor. Yes, there is a good possibility of that. However, they could also be due to something else entirely. It is the unknown, right?
Can you believe that we are over a week into February already? That means that we are also over a week into our Anxiety Bible Reading/Writing Plan.
Are you managing to keep up? There really is no pressure. Each day, you read the verse(s) that are listed. If you feel led, then you write down the verse(s) and so on.
Last week, I showed you how to do a SOAP study. What did you think?
Today, I am going to share my SOAP of Psalm 56:3 plus a few free printables.
S:
When I am afraid, I put my trust in you.
Psalm 56:3 NIV
O:
The Lord is there even when I am afraid.
A:
Trust in the Lord.
Turn my fears, my worries over to Him.
P:
Dear Father,
Thank You for always being with me. Father, I know that even when I am overcome by fears, You are still with me. Please help me to remember that I can turn my fears and worries over to You. Forgive me for the times that I try to hold on to them. Thank You for all that You do. In Jesus' name, Amen.
