Reflecting

Here we are coming up on the end of February and I thought it was a good time to do some reflecting. How is the year going for you so far? Are you someone that sets resolutions for yourself? If so, how are you doing?

A few years ago, I noticed that a lot of people were setting a One Word goal for themselves and, well,, I have been doing that ever since. This year, I had chosen the word PEACE, but it has since changed to include Trust. And now at just 2 months into the year, I have decided to have a verse instead of a word.

My verse:

Isaiah 26:3 NIV You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in You.

The Lord has been working on me about my complaining and being thankful. I cannot wait to see where things will go as I progress through the rest of the year.
