Come on in. Grab a cup of coffee or tea and get comfortable. This is where you will learn more about me.
Welcome to my blog. I am so glad that you have dropped in for a visit. It is my hope that you will find something encouraging while you are here.
I decided to create this blog as a means of getting the Lord's word out to all who want/need to read it. I plan to share my struggles with following where God wants me to go as well as my struggles with understanding what it is that He wants.
I was saved in 1992 and received the Holy Spirit right then and there. I am not one that likes being center of attention, so when I tell you that I was standing there with all of these hands on me and I went down to the floor; well, you can count on it as being a fact.
I still struggle in my walk with the Lord. When things get hard (husband got cancer and then in the middle of his treatments I got sick), I pull away. I never mean to think that I can do things better than the Lord. However, when depression hits, I pull away from everybody. I am so thankful that He always allows me the time that I need on my own and He gently welcomes me back when I am ready.
Anyway, this blog is my attempt at sharing with you some of the things that I go through in my walk.
If you are a young woman struggling with making decisions, I am here. If you are a young mother with little birds underfoot, I am here. If you have teenagers with surly attitudes, I am here. If you are going into the empty nest stage and through menopause, I am here.
I am here to hold your hand. I am here to share God's word with you. I am here to share my experiences. I am here to pray.

~~ The blog is moving into being more focused on Bible verses and on prayer. This is where I feel the Lord is leading me. I will still share things about anxiety, depression, fear, fibromyalgia, secondary adrenal insufficiency, however, it will be from Bible verses and from prayer.
Galatians 6:2 NIV
Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.
Dear Father, I lift this blog into Your hands. I pray that Your words will flow through my fingers and reach out to those who need to hear from You. Please help me to always stay focused on You, to seek Your help and guidance when I struggle and keep me from seeking my own agenda. Father, with Your help and by Your will, I strive to help carry the burdens of those who struggle. I want to do what is good and pleasing to You, Father. In Jesus' name, Amen.
Life With Secondary Adrenal Insufficiency
Facing Anxiety With Scripture
Avoid Depression This Can Help
Don't Forget To Absorb
Are there at least 5 things about yourself that you can share?
How can I pray for you today?
If you will allow it, I will be happy to help carry your load.
